What is your refund policy?

Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and I want you to feel confident when purchasing my artwork. Because each piece is carefully packaged and many items are made to order, the following policy applies:

Original Paintings

All original artwork sales are considered final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature and value of these pieces, I do not accept returns or exchanges on original paintings.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Prints

Prints may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact me with photos and your order number before sending anything back.

Because prints are often made to order, I cannot accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse
  
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  
• Slight color variations between screens and printed artwork
  

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless the item has already shipped or entered production.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received (if a return is required) and inspected.
